Immediate Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Cancellation may not be accepted if the order has been processed.

Perishable Items

Bhavna store does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. Refunds/replacements may occur if product quality is proven unsatisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged/defective products within 2 Days of delivery. Our team will verify before processing replacement or refund.

Warranty Products

Warranty-related concerns must be directed to the manufacturer. Approved refunds take 3-5 Days to process.
